Micheal McShane's Cavan Townlands site is, like mine, a personal labour of love in which he has collected together some interesting resources and history for the county.  In particular, you are in luck if your Co. Cavan ancestors were living in Killeshandra parish in 1841 as there are details from a rare surviving part of that census. 

Having identified problems with the indexing of Co. Cavan townlands in the records as hosted by NAI, there is also an updated Tithe Applotment finding aid on the site that could help you overcome these issues.
