County Tipperary Church of Ireland Parish Records Finder
Cashel has some of the oldest Church of Ireland records dating from the mid 17th Century and if Moyne is your hunting ground, then be sure to follow the blue link in the second column to on-line records with the Anglican Record Project. RootsIreland has 2 heritage centres covering the county, split north and south. The latter seems to have exclusively concentrated on post 1845 marriages described as being of a "civil district". This might refer to a Registrars' District perhaps, which might cover one or more Church of Ireland parishes? As all of these marriage records, with the added bonus of images, should be available for free via the Irish Genealogy website, I would recommend searching for your Southern Tipperary bride and groom on that site, unless you already have a RootsIreland subscription.
